Sodium Dodecyl benzene Sulfonate (SDBS, LAS) is a kind of anionic surfactant with comprehensive performance, used as an emulsifier, detergent, solubilizer and wetting agent in pharmaceutical, personal care, home care and food products.
- LAS is a kind of yellow oily, micro-toxicity liquid. It is neutral, more sensitive to water hardness, and not easy to oxidation.
- It is a clear and transparent fluid material at room temperature, soluble in water but insoluble in chloroform.
- It is a high-content anionic surfactant with properties of detergency, moistening, foaming, emulsifying, and dispersity.
- Has the functions of foaming, emulsifying, dispersing, decontamination and reducing surface tension in water, and is easy to compound with various additives.
- With good stability, long-term storage without stratification, unchanged chemical properties, and good biodegradability.

Personal care
- Cosmetic products: facial cleansers, exfoliants, hand sanitizers, hair dyes, lip balms, lotions, makeup foundations, makeup removers, nail polish, shaving cream, styling gels, and sunscreens.
- Cleaning products: all-purpose cleaners, bath salts, body wash, car wash cleaners, engine degreasers, floor cleaners, laundry detergents, liquid hand soaps, mouthwash, shampoos, conditioners, toothpaste, and teeth whitening products.
