K712 is fully soluble in water and in most polar organic solvents.

K 712 exhibits no interaction with sulphite ions.

K 712 has no colour stability. The concentrate is a clear yellowish until brownish liquid with tendency to discolouration. When used in the cosmetic preparation it doesn’t lead to further discolouration as long as the formulation remains acidic.

K 712 proved to have good compatibility with anionic surfactants such as sulphates,

ether sulphates and sulphosuccinates, as well as with non-ionogenic surfactants.

K712 is applicable in high-end hair washing products, ZPT anti-dandruff shampoos, cleansing products, facial creams, especially products containing UV absorbers, various wet wipes, tissues, facial masks, skin creams, gel products (hair sprays, gel water, gels) Products) and so on.

In products that are susceptible to fungal contamination, K712 can be added 1.5% of paper or used in combination with other preservatives.

When the final product PH>5.5, it will reduce the preservative effect.

Add K712 to product below 80°C. The information given in this introduction is accurate. The amount of use and suitable products are references provided by China Resources based on years of experience in the production of professional preservatives.
