What is Glutathione?
Glutathione is a tripeptide compound formed by the condensation of glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine through peptide bonds. It is an active short peptide with a wide range of uses. It participates in almost all antioxidant reactions in the human body. Its super powerful antioxidant properties can play a role in melanating, removing yellowing, whitening, and improving skin quality.

The role of Glutathione
Skin brightening and whitening
Glutathione can directly inhibit tyrosinase activity, scavenge a large number of oxidative free radicals, prevent free radicals from activating tyrosinase, and also hydrolyze into cysteine, interfering with melanin synthesis. In other words, during the whitening process, it has the dual effects of “antioxidation” + “inhibition” at the same time.
